1. What Neeed provides
Neeed helps people publish needs and skills, find one another and communicate privately. The current platform does not charge for these tools, collect payment for a task or provide an escrow service. Any paid task, exchange or voluntary involvement must be agreed between the participants. A public offer is not employment with Neeed.
2. Responsible participation
Use accurate contact information and publish only information you may lawfully share. Keep your sign-in codes private. If you are not legally able to make an agreement yourself, obtain the consent or representation required by law before doing so. Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent a professional qualification.
3. Content rules
Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening or exploitative content, spam, personal data without authority, or content that violates another person’s intellectual property. Do not offer illegal services or regulated work without the necessary permission. Do not use Neeed to facilitate violence, sexual exploitation or unsafe activity.
You retain your rights in your content and give Neeed the permission needed to store, display and translate it for the requested service. This permission is limited to operating and presenting that service; it does not transfer ownership of your content.
4. Assistance and your review
AI helps understand, check and translate text; it can make mistakes and can refuse content. You must review the displayed post, public name, prices and location before publication. The other language version is generated as part of publication; please report any translation that changes the meaning so it can be reviewed. No AI suggestion is a guarantee of a person’s suitability, identity, safety or availability. Ask for human review by email if a content restriction appears mistaken.
5. Agreements between participants
Agree scope, timing, payment, cancellation, insurance and any necessary qualifications before a task begins. Neeed is not the provider or guarantor of the task. A provider acting as a business must identify that status and provide legally required trader information, pricing and consumer information. Consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, remain governed by law; these terms do not waive them.
6. Moderation, reports and review
Neeed uses automated drafting and content checks before publication. The operator can review notices and hide content or restrict access where needed to address unlawful content, abuse or a breach of these rules. Review considers the content and context, the effect on others, the severity and recurrence, and the rights of the people involved.
Use the Report content page or email iris@neeed.app with the exact location and reasons. Where required, the affected participant is informed of the restriction and its reason, subject to legal and safety limits. You can ask the operator by email to reconsider a moderation decision and explain why it is mistaken. Complaints and notices can be submitted in German or English.
7. Leaving and data requests
You can stop using the service and sign out at any time. Closing a post does not delete it or its conversations. Ask the operator by email for removal, erasure or other privacy rights as described in the privacy notice. A restriction does not eliminate statutory remedies.
8. Statutory rights and applicable law
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not exclude liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
9. Changes and contact
These terms describe the service available on the date above. Material changes that affect your use must be communicated appropriately; publication of new wording alone does not retroactively alter an existing agreement. Contact iris@neeed.app with questions or complaints.
